Title: Assembly Operator 1st shift
Location: 9 Malcolm Hoyt Drive Newburyport MA 01950
Shift: MonFri (7a 3p)
Note: Candidates that dont have any Cleanroom or Semiconductor experience are automatically at $19.50hr.
Highest pay on this req will only go to $21.50hr.
Interview Process: Phone interview and then onsite interview (10am or 10:30am)
Job Description:
As an Assembly Operator you will:
Operate manual automatic and semiautomatic microelectronics assembly equipment with supervision
Inspection of die and packages to various Military and Jedec standards using high/lowpower microscopes
Follows defined specifications and reaction paths or written/verbal instruction
Use multiple hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components manually
Train other employees on basic equipment operation and assembly process
Maintain wellorganized and auditready work areas
Utilize computerbased manufacturing systems to move products and enter data
A high school diploma or GED is required; previous experience in electronic/semiconductor assembly experience helpful.
Positive teamoriented attitude. As a client employee it is expected that the individual represents supports and encourages the Rochester culture by adherence to work policies and practices set forth within the company
Stable work history. We consider individuals with proven track records and commitment; we have never had a layoff!
Basic computer skills. Every Operator will utilize computerbased manufacturing systems to move products and enter data including Microsoft Office software suite
Ability to communicate verbally/written. Needing to define specifications or written/verbal instruction. Report daily outcomes and accomplishments to management
Pay close attention to detail. You will be screening visual inspecting measurements and sorting of semiconductor devices

Payrates are based on Assembly and Manufacturing Experience
