Responsibilities
- Drive Medium to Large quality projects
- Responsible for leading and executing Projects and Initiatives by engaging with Stake Holders Senior leaders / management across the bank.
- Conduct factbased analysis and RCA and identify projects
- Assess the business requirement and to monitor the projects progress to have a smooth flow of operations
- Follow up with the teams on accepted actions during the project meetings done every day
- Interact with the stake holders and release the project findings with the team as and when required upto Group Heads
- Assessing requirements received from Business stakeholders.
- Project Scoping (Agree on start point and end point and dimensions
- Tracking / Monitoring Project Progress end to end.
- Timely review of Project Progress to ensure implementation as per agreed timelines.
- Effectively using escalation matrix to ensure delivery as per timelines.
- Work closely with Business Sponsors to resolve key issues.
- Meditate cross functional issues faced during project
Candidate We Required
EXP 8 to 12 Yrs
Retail / Wholesale Banking / Financial Services experience mandatory.
Lean Six Sigma Certified Mandatory Project management Exp
