Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Medium to Large quality projects
  • Responsible for leading and executing Projects and Initiatives by engaging with Stake Holders Senior leaders / management across the bank.
  • Conduct factbased analysis and RCA and identify projects
  • Assess the business requirement and to monitor the projects progress to have a smooth flow of operations
  • Follow up with the teams on accepted actions during the project meetings done every day
  • Interact with the stake holders and release the project findings with the team as and when required upto Group Heads
  • Assessing requirements received from Business stakeholders.
  • Project Scoping (Agree on start point and end point and dimensions
  • Tracking / Monitoring Project Progress end to end.
  • Timely review of Project Progress to ensure implementation as per agreed timelines.
  • Effectively using escalation matrix to ensure delivery as per timelines.
  • Work closely with Business Sponsors to resolve key issues.
  • Meditate cross functional issues faced during project

Candidate We Required

EXP 8 to 12 Yrs

Retail / Wholesale Banking / Financial Services experience mandatory.

Lean Six Sigma Certified Mandatory Project management Exp

Project Management,Lean Sigma,Project Monitoring,RCA
