We are seeking a HR Generalist Lead with a strong background in human resources management and experience working in Paris particularly in compliance with French labor laws. The ideal candidate is fluent in French with a Chinese nationality or experience in a Chinese company background. As a strategic Business Partner this role will manage endtoend HR operations recruitment employee relations and ensure smooth functioning of HRIS systems. The HR Generalist Lead will also handle payroll liaise with payroll vendors and support the organization in managing litigation and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering: Act as the main HR point of contact for all departments providing strategic HR support to management and employees.
  • Recruitment: Lead and manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs and cultural fit.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure full compliance with French labor laws advising on any employment law issues and overseeing litigation processes.
  • HR Operations: Oversee all aspects of HR operations including employee records contract management benefits and employee lifecycle processes.
  • HR Information System (HRIS): Maintain and manage the HRIS to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management. Regularly audit systems to ensure uptodate information.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes by liaising with external payroll vendors ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. Manage payrollrelated queries and ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations.
  • Employee Relations & Litigation: Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Provide guidance on disciplinary matters employee grievances and support the company in managing litigation cases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and workflows ensuring efficient operations and compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in French with the ability to manage communication in both written and spoken French.
  • Chinese nationality or extensive experience working in a Chinese company environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Generalist role with strong exposure to HR operations payroll and French labor law.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations recruitment and HR compliance in France.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in managing HRIS systems and working with payroll vendors.
  • Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail ensuring accurate management of HR data and compliance with labor laws.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
