About the Job:
We are looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to oversee the performance of our guest relations team at Sindalah Island. As part of the NEOM Project you will ensure that guests receive seamless toptier service from our contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Contact Center team ensuring professional and efficient guest interactions.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints ensuring swift resolution.
- Maintain consistent service quality across all guest interactions.
- Manage staff schedules performance and training.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher (Hospitality certification is a plus);
- 5 years in guest relations customer service or contact center operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and guest service tools;
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus);
- Ability to manage teams in highpressure environments;
- Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution skills.
