Job Description

Location: NEOM Sindalah Island
Job Type: Fulltime

About the Job:
As a Contact Center Agent on Sindalah Island you will be the first point of contact for guests providing information handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless guest experience within the NEOM Project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming guest calls and communications professionally and efficiently;
  • Provide accurate information about Sindalah Island s services and amenities;
  • Log guest interactions and complaints escalating where necessary;
  • Maintain a friendly helpful demeanor while addressing guest needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or higher (Hospitality certification is a plus);
  • 3 years in customer service guest relations or contact center roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data logging;
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus);
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple conversations.

High School Diploma or higher (Hospitality certification is a plus). 5+ years in guest relations, customer service, or contact center operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems and guest service tools. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments. Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution skills.
