In this role you ll be at the forefront of ATLAS s workforce development and engagement efforts. Here s what you can expect:
Strategic Market Research & Campaign Development: You ll dive deep into Ohio s top employers analyzing their commitment to diversity veteran hiring and workforce transformation. Using this intel you ll craft strategic engagement plans targeting key partners.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build lasting relationships with businesses Chambers of Commerce and educational institutions to enhance workforce initiatives. You ll lead efforts to bridge the gap between education and industry needs ensuring a pipeline of qualified talent.
Customized Training & Curriculum Development: Work closely with clients to design workforce training programs tailored to their needs. You ll manage internship programs and address skill gaps with certifications and training that prepare students and employees alike for success.
Accreditation & Government Alignment: You ll lead accreditation efforts for workforce development programs ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Support Leadership & Growth: Collaborate with our executive team offering strategic insights grant proposal support and alignment of workforce initiatives with ATLAS s growth strategy.
You ve established strong relationships with key stakeholders across Ohio s business education and government sectors.
You ve successfully designed and delivered workforce programs that meet the needs of ATLAS s key industry sectors.
You re leading ATLAS s workforce transformation efforts helping both the company and its employees grow together.
At least 15 years of experience in workforce development curriculum design and stakeholder engagement.
Proven success in securing accreditation and aligning workforce initiatives with state and federal guidelines.
Experience in grant writing proposal editing and supporting strategic business growth.
Expertise in navigating Ohio s education and workforce systems including working with Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Education.
A Master s degree (or higher) in an educationrelated field.
