Job Title: Administrative Farm Manager
Location: Naivasha (or on one of the farms with interfarm travel)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Farm Administrator to join our Kenya team for daily management of the company s operations and logistical activities. Forming a bridge between the board of directors and local operations. Whilst our farm management team concentrates on specific farming operations your role will be in coordinating all the administrative operations and aligning with our organizational goals. You will play a key role in the client s global senior management team supporting the strategic direction of the organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving team spirit cooperation between farms as well as ensuring good quality and timely output.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Offer daily support to the Production team HR and Accounting teams based in Naivasha.
- Manage communication and support the farm and other farms within the company
- Manage farm supply/stock management and control of inventory and stores.
- Ensure all export activities run smoothly
- Handle communication and public relations with various government authorities maintain constructive dialogue with employee representatives
- Oversee and manage the companys legal responsibilities ensuring compliance with local and international laws regulations licenses and certifications.
- Assist with farm and general security of farm property.
- Provide financial analysis of the farm s activities and budgets as required.

Must haves:
- Background in Business Administration/Management
- Proven management skills and experience with understanding of Organization and Systems
- Great communicator and team leadership skills
- High energy
- High level of organization and good problemsolving ability
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and able to run company software
Nice to have:
- Horticultural experience
- Experience in Kenya/Africa
