At our esteemed facility located in Staten Island NY we are thrilled to announce an opening for a fulltime primary care Nurse Practitioner to treat our geriatric patients in a Nursing Home.

Responsibilities:

Full scope of primary care for our geriatric patients who are in a nursing home.

Requirements:

Valid NP license in the state of NY
Ok with nursing home setting
Experience with chronic care/tracheotomy/ventilator a must

Benefits:

Outstanding salary ranging between $140000$150000 annually!
