Our client a leading fintech company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Create a common product vision and roadmap for all ERP products and the CrossFunctional Engineering team.
- Plan efforts for solving user concerns.
- Manage product development and improvement.
- Direct development through collaboration with engineers and designers.
- Set issues test hypotheses and evaluate products.
- Implement marketing strategy in partnership with the business units.
- Develop requirements for product integration.
- Engage with many products of the company across different domains and phases.
- Work in a global setting and use your English abilities.
- Collaborate with toptier PDM talent in the B2B area in Japan.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or comparable technological subject.
- More than three years of expertise in product management design development or direction of backoffice products or SaaS
- Also experience in one of the following:
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in backoffice operations like accounting finance billing and order management
- Indepth knowledge and expertise in intercompany transactions
- Experience managing product development projects utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies and developing product strategy based on user data research.
- Experience in product development with international engineers.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English. Japanese is not essential although having Japanese competence is a benefit.

At least 4 years of experience in project management or as a Business Requirement Specialist (BrSE). Proficient in Japanese (N2 level or above). Experience managing teams of 10 or more members. 4+ years of programming experience. Knowledge and experience in software development processes and project management. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello. Knowledge and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Ability to lead, manage, and develop team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
