Job Description

Process: Domestic Process

Location: Phase IV Udyog Vihar Sector 18 Gurugram Haryana 122016

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift / 5 to 6 Days Working // 1 Weekly Off

Position: Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing excellent customer service through voice and chat support.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely solutions.


Interview Mode:
  1. HR Round
  2. Ops Round
  3. Joining Formalities
  4. Joining

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (Both can be considered)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support

Skillset: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)

Languages:
Must know at least one of these languages besides Hindi

TamilTeluguMarathiGujarati Kannada or Bengali

Benefits

Salary:

  • Chat Process: 23000 CTC
  • Voice Process: 24000 CTC
Salary negotiable as per performance in the interviews

Cab Facility: Not provided



Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and any one of the 6 Indian languages
