Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Specialist. The QA professional is responsible for developing implementing and executing automated test scripts for Salesforcebased applications to test the software and identify any defects bugs or issues.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of highquality software products through comprehensive testing strategies: Achieve at least 98% test coverage for all new features and functionalities.
- Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts for Salesforcebased applications
- Automate at least 80% of regression test cases within the first 6 months
- Maintain a 100% pass rate on automated test scripts across all releases.
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to create robust testing frameworks: Successfully implement at least one new testing framework or tool within the first 3 months.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of automated Salesforce QA experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the lending industry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools.
- Strong experience with automated testing tools particularly those that integrate with Salesforce (e.g. Selenium Provar TestComplete). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and issues to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator are a plus.
