As a Senior Tax Manager you will take on a pivotal role in the firm s Tax Advisory Group contributing to a wide range of tax projects across diverse industries. You will be responsible for:
- Producing comprehensive reports and advisory letters on various tax issues
- Managing HMRC correspondence
- Attending client meetings with partners to deliver highlevel tax advice
- Providing training and guidance to junior team members
- Supporting partners in refining and implementing internal processes
Tax Projects:
Youll have the opportunity to advise clients on tax matters such as corporate reconstructions investor reliefs (EIS/SEIS) staff incentive schemes and taxefficient planning for ownermanaged businesses (including remuneration succession planning CGT and IHT mitigation). You will also oversee the review of complex corporation tax computations and returns.

About You:
We re looking for a driven and skilled tax adviser with:
- A CTA qualification (preferred) or ACA/ACCA with a minimum of 3 years experience in tax advisory roles
- Proven ability to work on diverse tax projects and provide strategic advice
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to mentoring junior team members
