Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Succession Planning Manager to lead our succession planning initiatives. This role is crucial in identifying and developing future leaders within the organization ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in key positions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
- Salary range: $80000 $110000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
