Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating financial performance and assessing risk factors to support strategic decisionmaking. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in finance to further develop their skills and contribute to the financial health of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets.

Risk Assessment:
- Help identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities affecting the organization.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the monitoring of risk indicators and provide recommendations for risk management.

Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect organize and maintain financial data from various sources.
- Prepare and present financial summaries and reports to senior management.
- Assist in the development of financial models and projections.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting practices.
- Support the implementation of best practices and financial controls.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate financial findings and insights effectively to both finance and nonfinance team members.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies procedures and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related role; internships or academic projects related to finance are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle) and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling and risk management principles.
- Pursuing or completed relevant certifications (e.g. CFA Level 1 CPA) is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is advantageous.
