Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Governance team. This entrylevel role will support financial planning budgeting forecasting and governance processes to ensure our financial operations are effective and compliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset a keen interest in financial management and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the development of financial models and scenarios to guide strategic decisionmaking.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts identifying and investigating variances.
  • Help maintain financial governance processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare and present datadriven insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial planning tools and methodologies.
  • Assist with adhoc financial analyses and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in financial analysis planning or a related role (internships or relevant coursework are considered).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements budgeting and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
