Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Risk Management team. This entrylevel position offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in assessing and managing financial risks contributing to the companys risk management strategies and supporting senior analysts in evaluating and mitigating potential financial threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Analysis: Assist in identifying analyzing and quantifying financial risks associated with various business activities and investments.
- Data Management: Gather compile and analyze financial data to support risk assessments and reports.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular risk assessment reports including risk indicators trends and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Modeling: Help develop and maintain financial models used for risk analysis forecasting and scenario planning.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Finance Operations and Compliance to gather information and provide insights on riskrelated matters.
- Research: Conduct research on market trends economic conditions and other factors that may impact financial risk.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of risk assessments methodologies and findings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in financial analysis risk management or a similar role is preferred but not required. Internships or academic projects related to financial analysis will be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of financial risk management principles and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk management software and tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
