Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our Investment Strategy team. In this role you will assist in the analysis and development of investment strategies that align with our clients goals and the firms objectives. You will work closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers to provide insights and support for investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data market trends and investment opportunities to support the development of investment strategies.
- Data Management: Collect organize and maintain financial data and performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and relevance for investment reports.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and summaries on investment performance market conditions and strategy effectiveness.
- Research: Conduct research on market trends economic indicators and emerging investment opportunities. Support the team in staying informed about market developments.
- Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to project investment performance and assess risk.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers to provide analytical support and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Documentation: Ensure that all investment processes and recommendations are welldocumented and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in financial analysis preferably within investment strategy or asset management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data analysis.
- Knowledge of financial markets investment products and economic principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- CFA Level I or progress towards certification is a plus.
