Job Description

Position Overview: The Junior Financial Analyst Financial Operations will support the financial operations team by analyzing financial data preparing reports and assisting with financial planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset attention to detail and a passion for financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret financial data to support decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports including monthly and quarterly financial statements variance analysis and budget vs. actual performance.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets forecasts and financial plans.
  • Financial Operations: Support daytoday financial operations including invoice processing account reconciliation and expense tracking.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial activities comply with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of financial best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide insights for crossfunctional projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Experience: 02 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Internships or relevant academic projects are considered.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Attributes: Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
