Job Description:
As a Data Engineer you will strengthen our clients Data Delivery function within the area of Data & Analytics. You have a key role in the success of data product deliveries with our Client. Working in one of our agile Data Delivery teams you will develop new and maintain existing data integration into the data platform on AWS for Finance Compliance and Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum events & enhance team planning
- Create trust both within and around the team build a network within the organization facilitate it to create the best practices and outcomes from and for the team
- Ensure efficiency in both development and management through your ability to find build and continuously drive improvements
- Be the engine in improvement processes Drive DevOps forward with us in terms of culture processes and technology
- Make sure team velocity improves over time
- Drive product and services projects according to the PMP methodology
- Coordinate with other teams internal stakeholders to secure analysis delivery of features and functionality within a set deadline
Requirements:
- Scrum Master skills/Team management
- Project Manager experience from small to midsize projects in a product development company
- Preferably PMP certification and understanding of how to practice it
- Good skills in Agile methods including skills in the Atlassian suite
- Highly developed people/communication skills
