Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this role you will support strategic decisionmaking by analyzing financial data preparing reports and assisting with strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a passion for finance and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Support adhoc projects and analyses as required by the Corporate Strategy team.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role preferably in a corporate strategy or financial planning environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
