Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Market Research team. In this role you will assist in analyzing market trends financial data and economic conditions to support strategic decisionmaking and business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or earlycareer professional to gain handson experience and develop their analytical skills in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze financial statements reports and other data sources to support market insights and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models and reports.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and other departments to gather and validate data.
- Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
- Monitor and interpret economic and industry developments that impact the companys financial performance.
- Support adhoc analysis and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling techniques.
- Basic knowledge of market research methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or prior experience in financial analysis or market research.
- Familiarity with financial databases and statistical software (e.g. Bloomberg SAS SPSS).
