Youve been studying for several years taking exams listening about thecraziness of the labour market... now its time to take action and experience itfirst hand!

The aim of this internshipis to provide students their first experience withthe labor market in a young tech company in a crossnational professionalenvironment.Youll have the opportunity to help your team improvingprocesses carrying on projects but also youll follow a learning process withinyour tutor.

Avantio with more than 20 years of experience is one of the world leaders in technology solutions for holiday rentals. We provide shortterm rental agencies with an allinone solution to help them manage their business: Property Management System Channel Manager and Website.

Based in Valencia and with sales teams in the USA and LATAM in Avantio you will discover a highly qualified team made up of toplevel professionals in an international environment.

Description of the team

The People & Talent team is responsible for various aspects of HumanResources: recruitment training employer branding and talent and corporatedevelopment. We are a team of 3to support the needs of more than 10teams collectively composed of more than 190 people.

We are looking for a person to join the team with great communication skillshardworking motivated and eager to learn.

What will be your daytoday functions

  • Outbound recruitment: search of potential candidates among different tools (mainly Linkedin Recruiter); and follow up of existing candidates.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist: support in the first stages of the IT recruitment processes. Candidate qualification.
  • Recruitment strategy: finding solutions to difficult technical positions

What are we looking for

    • Studying last year of university studies in Psychology Labor Relations Business Administration or similar and ability to sign an internship agreement of at least 6 months
    • High level of English (B2C1)
    • Tolerance to frustration
    • Influencing and negotation skills
    • Good interdepartmental communication skills
    • Strong teamwork spirit
    • Located in Valencia and availability to come to the office twice a week
    • Tolerance to frustration resolutive and able to overcome any trouble you might have in a creative way
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Useful:

    • Previous experience in IT Recruitment
    • Strong knowledge of tech concepts
    • Attention to detail strong organizational skills (specifically managing the recruitment pipeline in an optimum way) and a focus on the quality of work
