The aim of this internship is to provide you your first experience with the labor market in a young tech company in a crossnational professional environment. Youll have the opportunity to help your team improving processes carrying on projects but also youll follow a learning process .

Avantio with more than 20 years of experience is one of the world leaders in technology solutions for holiday rentals. We provide shortterm rental agencies with an allinone solution to help them manage their business: Property Management System Channel Manager and Website.

Based in Valencia and with sales teams in the USA and LATAM in Avantio you will discover a highly qualified team made up of toplevel professionals in an international environment.

Description

• Supporting our existing Partnerships with growth projects and penetrating in different markets.
• Create and manage development plans with Partners.
• Leading CoAccion Campaigns with Partners & Clients.
• Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with our Partners to ensure a successful and fruitful partnership.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
• Maximize revenues from Avantios partners by building a pipeline with each partner developing a GoToMarket strategy and continually motivating partners to drive business.
• Uncover partners Growth Goals and proactively make sure the partner has what he needs to achieve their objectives.
• Partner with the marketing team on partner comarketing and cosell opportunities.
• Collaborate with our partner success team to ensure that the partnership is successfully launched among our customers.

What are we looking for

• Student of Business Administration Marketing Communication or related areas and possibility to sign an internship agreement of at least 6 months.
• A high level of English is essential. Spanish is an advantage other languages are beneficial.
• Dynamic and proactive person with excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and problemsolving skills.

Useful:

• Collaborative approach and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
• Positive attitude empathy and high energy.
• Ability to take the initiative and adapt.
