Master Planner

Job details:

• This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations.
• Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule including proposal schedule development review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
• Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
• Ensure Communication and Crosscoordination with IPTs.
• Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
• Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering procurement contracts business management and production.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Possess ability to prepare status reports metrics and make presentations as required.
• Must be selfstarter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
• Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience in schedule control processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience in schedule control processes proposal development internal & external audits and project management integration
• Must have experience with Proposal development
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture Research & Development Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
