Job Description
Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator
Location: Lawrenceville GA (Onsite) (Locals Only)
Duration: 8 months

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to join our team and manage the technical infrastructure of our SAP systems. This role will involve overseeing various tasks such as installations upgrades troubleshooting and database administration to ensure smooth system operations.
You will work with a range of operating systems including UNIX (AIX) Linux (Red Hat) and Windows and be responsible for providing technical support system optimization and highavailability (HA) support with MS Failover Cluster.
- SAP System Management: Manage installations upgrades patches and troubleshooting of SAP systems.
- Database Administration: Perform Oracle and SQL database administration with a focus on performance tuning SQL Trace analysis and sizing.
- HighAvailability Support: Provide MS Failover Cluster HA support disaster recovery system restores and work closely with the storage team.
- SSL Certificate Implementation: Handle SSL Certificate setup and management.
- System Optimization: Conduct health checks performance tuning and SAP system optimization.
- CrossPlatform Integration: Manage SAP technology stack including SAP ECC BI EP CRM SRM and Java systems.
- SAP Technical Solutions: Implement landscape and infrastructure planning capacity planning (sizing) and Basis administration.
- Team Collaboration: Work both independently and within a team to deliver solutions on time across various SAP and nonSAP technical integration projects.
- SAP Certification: Basis or NetWeaver certification on Oracle DB.
- Experience: 5 years of SAP Basis administration experience including installations upgrades patches and performance tuning.
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in UNIX (AIX) Linux (Red Hat) and Windows OS.
- Database Skills: Expertise in Oracle and SQL database administration.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- Proficiency in Oracle 19c administration.
- SAP Bundle Patch installation experience.
- Familiarity with SAP OSS functionality.
- Knowledge of SAP systems such as SAP ECC BI EP CRM SRM etc.
- Experience in SAP system optimization and SSL Certificate implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of HA/DR technologies system backup and restore.
- Experience in Business Objects Administration.
- Handson experience with SAP upgrades client copies and system refreshes.
