Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Citrix Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Citrix VDI and Windows Server administration.
- The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and implementing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Citrix VDI
- Window Server administration
- System Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Citrix VDI environments including Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance identify issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Capacity Planning: Plan and manage resources to ensure adequate capacity for current and future needs.
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
- Security Management: Ensure the Citrix VDI environment is secure by implementing best practices patching vulnerabilities and managing user access.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the Citrix VDI environment including configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Candidate MUST have knowledge of:
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement new systems and solutions.
- Ensure high availability and performance of virtualized environments.
- Participate in oncall support for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
