Job Description:
- Looking for an experienced strong Oracle EBS Supply chain WMS solution expert with MSCA to implement projects in WMS Inventory Order Management Purchasing Inventory and Process Manufacturing applications.
- The EBS supply chain WMS Functional SME will provide guidance around system features best practices to business and answer questions about the capabilities of the system this person will work through all phases of the SDLC including but not limited to requirement gathering articulate business processes and creating functional designs System configurations Testing that meet the tactical needs of the supply chain continuous process and project initiatives
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business users IT leaders project teams and other support teams.
- Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions
- Provide assigned application solutions and setups that support the Client business where possible.
- Configure and test Oracle EBS applications: WMS MSCA Inventory Order Management Shipping Procurement etc.
- Identifies gaps in the application functionality and provide solutions.
- Provides Conference Room Pilot (CRPs) guidelines and facilitation.
- Cross functional process knowledge with other applications OPM PIM/Agile PLM etc.
- Integrations experience with other Manufacturing warehouse automation systems
- Participates in regular project status reviews.
- Able to work independently with cross functional teams Business users technical teams and changemanagement team.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have 8 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Oracle EBS & SC Suite of applications WMS MSCA OM Inventory Purchasing etc. and understanding of other modules like OPM and OPM Quality
- Thorough understanding of Material Management Supply Chain processes and Process Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance and PIM/PLM will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of working with enterprise labelling software will be an added advantage
- Experience with business process design workshops GAP identification RICEW identification Functional Design perform System configurations Test Planning and Test
- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation methodologies across different phases of Business Process Study Requirement Gathering AsIs & ToBe Mapping (Solution Design) CRPs UATs SITs Build till Golive
- Biotech / Life Sciences experience with understanding of GxP is a plus.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior IT and Business colleagues
- Good listening skills with ability to make timely wellinformed decisions
- Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs
