Your future contribution:
As a Partner Success Operations Intern youll play a key role in supporting HomeToGos growth by implementing effective sales and account management strategies to enhance our platform with toptier shortterm rental supply. Youll collaborate closely with the Partner Success Sales Salesforce Marketing and Onboarding teams to create tailored experiences for prospects and clients. This role will allow you to contribute to our
How youll add value:
- Manage partner leads and signings in Salesforce including conversion to accounts opportunities and integrations
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team for seamless partner onboarding
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with data cleanup and entry
- Assist with live industry events including appointments attendee lists and materials
- Coordinate with the B2B Marketing team to support email
- Oversee lead generation and data collection using Formstack
- Monitor and follow up on preonboarding tasks through email and phone
- Update and secure database information in Salesforce
- Alert and resolve data discrepancies
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth partner experiences.
- Support adhoc initiatives and additional tasks as needed
Youll be successful in this role if you:
- Studying business finance marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German French or Spanish)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
- Selfstarter eager to grow in a dynamic environment
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about travel and enhancing the HomeToGo platform
