As HomeToGos Senior Controller you will be a core function to support the Senior Management the Management Board and Supervisory Board in their decisionmaking for the HomeToGo Group. You will be involved in the budgeting forecasting and reporting processes of HomeToGos Headquarters as well as some of our subsidiaries. With these deep insights into the HomeToGo Group performance you can provide important guidance to achieve our goals.
With your collaborative supportive approach and your analytic mindset you will work closely together with HomeToGos Group Accounting Team on the monthly closing and Group Reporting Package. Your great business understanding will be a strong asset to the Investor Relations Team for pitching HomeToGos story to the capital markets.
How youll add value:
- Lead our annual Budgeting Process monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Establish controlling procedures in our Headquarters and lead the financial consolidation of the HomeToGo Group
- Drive on our regular creation of forecast with giving guidance on steering potentials and risks associated
- Contribute to our Annual Report creation
- Drive the improvement of existing processes on monthly reports
- Guide our most recent acquisitions in the postM&A integration and adaptation in reporting
Youll be successful in this role if you:
- Have minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and controlling
- Have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in an agile environment
- Are analytical at heart with strong skills in reporting to the senior management
- Are structured results oriented with a great ability to reduce
- Have strong writing and speaking English skills German is a plus
- Experience with SAP as a plus
