Role: MIS Executive
  • Location: Lawrence Road Industrial Area Delhi
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Delhi (Lawrence Road Industrial Area Delhi). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and be proficient in managing and analyzing data through various tools. This role involves creating maintaining and optimizing management information systems (MIS) to support the business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate daily weekly and monthly reports for management using advanced Excel functions.
  • Maintain and update MIS databases ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Extract and analyze data to identify trends and assist in decisionmaking.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of Google Forms Google Slides and Google Sites to support internal communication and reporting.
  • Use formulas such as VLOOKUP HLOOKUP IF and array functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with query building and data imports to ensure streamlined information flow.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their data and reporting needs.
  • Provide technical support to ensure smooth operations of the FMS (Facility Management System).

Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong knowledge of VLOOKUP HLOOKUP IFs array formulas and data queries.
  • Experience with FMS (Facility Management System).
  • Ability to create and manage Google Forms Google Slides and Google Sites.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
