Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and motivation.
- Plan and coordinate teambuilding activities events and workshops to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Create and manage wellbeing programs including wellness initiatives fitness activities and mental health support services.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management ensuring an open and transparent environment.
- Develop feedback systems to address employee concerns and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Establish and manage rewards and recognition programs to celebrate outstanding performance and contributions.
- Lead initiatives focused on improving the physical and psychological wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may impact employee satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or master s degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on HR events or employee engagement.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and dynamics.
- Ability to create and execute innovative employee engagement strategies.
- Event management experience is a valuable asset.
