Job Summary:
The CRM Executive will manage customer relationships and loyalty programs to enhance client engagement and drive sales for the company. This role focuses on customer data management client communication and delivering a superior customer experience through personalized interactions. The CRM Executive will also work to maintain and grow the existing client base while supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRM system ensuring accurate and uptodate customer data.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty.
- Oversee loyalty programs promotions and special offers to engage clients.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns.
- Track and analyze customer behavior feedback and purchase patterns to identify improvement areas.
- Create and manage personalized communication via email SMS and social media to strengthen relationships.
- Generate and share reports on customer metrics and CRM performance with management.
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM customer service or sales preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
- Strong communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
