Job Description
Job Description: Business Development Specialist
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends customer needs and competitive landscape in KSA and UAE.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align strategies and enhance client offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development sales or a related field preferably in the design or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the KSA and UAE markets customer segments and industry trends.
- Proven track record of generating leads closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
