Job Description
Job Description: Product Owner with UI/UX Design Expertise
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the design team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creative problemsolving.
- Design Ownership: Take responsibility for all aspects of design and implementation for our web and mobile platforms.
- Client Proposals: Create proposals based on customer requirements analyzing project scope and estimating efforts required for successful .
- Project Management: Oversee team workload ensuring balanced distribution of tasks for smooth project and timely delivery.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to create wireframes user flows and highfidelity deliverables using Figma and other design tools.
- User Journey Development: Develop user journeys that enhance the overall user experience and align with business goals.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders building consensus and driving decisionmaking.
- Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a focus on UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various industries particularly healthcare fintech and carbontech.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
- Experience managing teams and project workloads in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
