Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekdays clients

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a focus on HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong relationships with clients and expanding the companys presence in the HVAC market. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC products and solutions combined with a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the HVAC industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including prospecting and lead generation in the HVAC market.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with accurate product information and HVAC system solutions.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring terms align with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team setting performance targets and offering coaching as needed.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of HVAC products services and industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC industry with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of HVAC systems components and industry standards.
  • Strong sales skills including lead generation negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of HVAC systems and convey them to clients in a clear and effective manner.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for achieving sales success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with B2B clients in the HVAC sector.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and mentor a sales team.
