Job Description
We are hiring Supply Chain Manager for a leading Manufacturing Company
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure favorable terms
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting supply chain performance metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Oversee import/export activities and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead and develop a highperforming supply chain team
- Resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions promptly and effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a supply chain management or logistics role
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in supply chain planning and forecasting
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Ability to analyze data and interpret supply chain performance metrics
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and documentation
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
