Key responsibilities

• Conducting physical examinations and patient assessments
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Prescribing medications and treatments
• Providing immunizations and vaccinations
• Counseling and educating patients on preventive healthcare practices
• Managing and coordinating patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Documenting patient medical histories and treatment plans
• Monitoring and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension and asthma
• Promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintaining accurate and updated patient records
• Adhering to clinical protocols and best practices
• Participating in continuing medical education and professional development

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in primary care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Empathy and compassion towards patients
• Ability to work effectively in a teambased healthcare environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Commitment to evidencebased and patientcentered care
• Interest in continuous learning and professional development
