Job Description
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content
- Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials such as social media graphics presentations and printed collateral
- Support website and app design by creating engaging UI/UX elements
- Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for design projects
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas and creative input
- Conduct research and keep uptodate with design trends and best practices
- Assist with photo retouching and image editing tasks
- Create visually compelling and innovative illustrations and graphics
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of the design asset library
- Assist with adhoc design tasks as needed
- Support the team in various designrelated initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strong design and creative skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of branding and brand identity
- Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for design
- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes effectively
- Basic understanding of print and digital design processes
- Experience with photography and photo editing is a plus
