About Us:
Fashion TV seeks an experienced Legal Disputes Manager to oversee all aspects of legal disputes. This role is essential in ensuring our legal rights and interests are protected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispute cases from inception to resolution ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
- Analyze incoming legal notices to identify allegations claims and relevant legal issues.
- Prepare wellcrafted responses to legal notices addressing each allegation with precision and clarity.
- Handle all stages of litigation and arbitration including drafting pleadings motions and briefs conducting legal research and managing discovery processes.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to safeguard the company s interests.
- Collaborate with external counsel as needed managing legal resources to ensure timely and costeffective resolutions.
- Review and draft correspondence related to disputes.
- Occasional travel may be required for litigation cases.
Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM degree and admission to the bar.
- Proven experience in managing litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
