Key Responsibilities

- Manage fullcycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards while recruiting
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity and progress

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field
