Overview:
The Deputy Manager HR plays a vital role in the organization by assisting the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the companys overall mission and objectives. This individual is responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process
- Manage employee relations and address employee grievances
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HRrelated issues

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR management or related role
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
