Overview:
The Aesthetics Operation Head plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of aesthetic facilities within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aesthetic operations maintaining highquality standards and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the aesthetics department
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth and enhance patient experience
- Monitor and maintain highquality standards of aesthetic services
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental success
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial performance of the aesthetics department
- Recruit train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote aesthetic services

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the aesthetics industry

- Excellent strategic planning and decisionmaking skills
- Proven track record in budgeting financial management and P&L responsibility
