Responsibilities:
Understand clients requirements and meet desired performance objectives across a
portfolio of clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for highvalue clients and take strong ownership
of client deliverables.
Devise strategies based on quantitative research for of campaigns to achieve
said goals.
Maintain high client satisfaction & retention by solving their growth challenges and
upselling & cross selling them with new solutions consistently.
Handle digital advertising portfolio of clients related to performance branding &
analytics endtoend including but not limited to manage ads on paid channels (Google
Meta Linkedin Twitter etc) handle marketplaces (amazon flipkart myntra etc)
lead creatives & comm strategy & recommend website/app optimisation ideas.
Analyze performance of digital campaigns at different levels using appropriate key
performance indicators (KPI) classifications: CTR CPC CPM conversions ROAS CAC
LTV etc. Identifying opportunities that are most effective at driving growth across
digital marketing programs.
Work with the crossfunctional team and deeply involved in creation & upgradation of
reports & dashboard products analytics & insights data collection & product
optimisation.
Lead a team and delegate them work across different clients and help them meet their
monthly & quarterly goals.
Provide guidance and support to the team in managing their client portfolios.
Train the team regularly upgrade their skills across different functions of digital
advertising domain and company processes.
Build frameworks for the portfolio of ET Medialabs through research create case
studies and establish thought leadership by contributing articles.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
36 years of experience in the digital advertising industry with proven track record in
performance marketing & branding handling large scale spends & leading growth
initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Media Communications Business Administration
Journalism English or related Fields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. MBA is a plus.
Experience in performance marketing growth marketing branding & advertising.
Indepth knowledge & experience of running Google Ads Meta Ads & other paid
channels.
Managed large scale digital media spends in performance marketing & branding.
Has experience in developing media plans testing different campaign ideas & making
them successful.
Candidates should be comfortable with advanced data and measurement tools.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools and
dashboards to derive actionable insights.
Proven written and verbal communication with a knack to communicate complex ideas
in easy to understand simple language.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team is a plus.
Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential ability to leverage data and analytics to
improve performance for digital campaigns is required.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
