Job Description:

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Support Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support maintenance and troubleshooting for our liquid packaging machines postsales ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients addressing issues related to the installation operation and maintenance of liquid packaging machines.
FAT
Customer Training: Train clients on the operation maintenance and safety protocols of the machines enhancing their understanding and maximizing equipment efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure longterm satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed service reports document issues and resolutions and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product development team to drive continuous improvement in machine design and functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aftersales support maintenance or a similar role within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems particularly in the context of packaging machinery.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to mechanical systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Need to travel as required to client sites
