Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage salon staff and create a positive work environment
• Oversee daily salon operations and resolve issues
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling payroll and budgeting
• Train and mentor staff to deliver highquality services
• Monitor and analyze salon performance and create action plans for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in recruiting hiring and onboarding new employees
• Collaborate with vendors and manage supplier relationships
• Drive retail sales and meet revenue targets
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
• Contribute to fostering a positive salon culture

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in salon management or relevant leadership role
• Strong understanding of hair and beauty treatments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in salon software and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Familiarity with inventory management and financial principles
• Leadership and teambuilding skills
• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
• Customercentric mindset and passion for the beauty industry
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in driving retail sales and meeting targets
