Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and creative Business Development Executive to secure new
clients and projects for our Theme Park and Interior Designing verticals. The candidate will focus on
identifying potential clients developing strategies for lead generation and building relationships in
industries such as real estate hospitality and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in theme park
development.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create compelling proposals and
presentations tailored to client needs.
Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure longterm partnerships and repeat
business.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to showcase D'fine Arts' capabilities in
theme park design.
Identify and generate leads for interior design projects in the residential commercial and
hospitality sectors.
Build relationships with architects real estate developers and corporate clients to secure
interior design contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree is a must.
24 years of experience in sales for Interior Designing Architectural Industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
