Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and implementing the digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize company websites improving user experience and driving customer engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Maintain and adhere to the brands style guidelines and ensure that content is consistent and high quality.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Identify key performance indicators and work with the team to set achievable targets.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in executing and managing digital campaigns across various platforms.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of website optimization tools and techniques.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Certifications in digital marketing or Google AdWords is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
