Job Description
We are hiring Senior Architect Project Coordinator for a Leading Construction Company
Overview
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients contractors and consultants to understand project requirements
- Develop and review architectural plans and designs
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Oversee resource allocation and procurement
- Resolve project issues and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Participate in project meetings and presentations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Proven experience in architectural project management
- Demonstrated expertise in architecture design and construction coordination
- Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Sound understanding of budget management and cost control
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
- Certification as a licensed architect is preferred
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is advantageous
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and site analysis
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery
