Key Responsibilities:
Market research activities such as lead database creation industry/sector evaluation competitor benchmarking etc with the primary focus on lead generation and sales support
Utilize various sources in building the leads database for CRM support the management in setting up lead qualification metrics & core sales SOPs/processes
Plan & attend Expos conferences Trade shows & B2B Events across India to gather industry leads gain market intelligence data & create visibility for our offerings
Qualify and assess prospects/leads and advance leads through the sales pipeline ensuring alignment with our target customer profiles
Utilize various channels for lead generation including proactive outbound cold calls emails other strategic outreach methods and persistent followups.
Understand customer needs and requirements generate interest in our product offerings drive qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline and support the team by setting up meetings; attend client meetings if required.
Proactively devise innovative approaches to reach out intelligently navigate channels and establish contact with decisionmakers.
Ensure the CRM records are maintained uptodate with client data meeting notes actionables
Requirements:
Proven experience of 24 years in lead generation presales and customer acquisition in the financial services space catering to SMEs/Emerging Corporates/Exporters/Importers
Experience in Presales/Sales/BD/Customer acquisition roles in the SME loans Business loans Transaction Banking or Supply Chain Finance (SCF) segment would be preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily crafting persuasive emails and handling rejection positively.
Handson experience with any CRM systems Zoho/Salesforce/Hubspot/Leadsquared etc.
