Distribution Manager
Pay from $160000 to $190000 per year
Position Responsibilities
- Guide all aspects of daytoday warehouse operations encompassing inbound outbound and supporting departments.
- Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300 warehouse employees ensuring unparalleled customer service and sameday shipping.
- Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy safety and performance in the daily functions of a wellstructured highperforming warehouse environment.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor s degree preferred.
- 10 years of handson management experience in 500000 squarefoot distribution centers including recruitment and motivation of a 300 employee team.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
